Privacy Policy

AI Photo Extender is an AI photo extension service for online sellers, operated by the Skybringup team. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the data needed to operate the service: anonymous usage telemetry, account information once you sign in, the photos you upload for processing, the AI-generated outputs we return, and any purchase records.

Data we collect

• Anonymous usage: page views and aggregated funnel events (upload, ratio selection, generate, download) via privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking, no third-party advertising cookies.
• Account information if you sign in: email address, sign-in provider, and Google OAuth profile fields you authorise.
• Uploaded photos stored temporarily in our object storage (Cloudflare R2) for processing.
• Generated photos served via signed URLs that expire 24 hours after generation.
• Credit and purchase records: credit balance, transaction history, Stripe customer ID, subscription status.
• Diagnostic data: minimal request logs (IP address, user-agent) used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and error troubleshooting.

How we use your data

We use data to run the service: process uploaded photos through the AI agent pipeline, deliver extended results, restore credits and purchases when you log in, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot errors, and aggregate funnel metrics.

We do not train AI models on your uploaded photos. Inference is performed via third-party model APIs (see "Sub-processors" below) and the providers' policies on training data apply.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of vetted service providers strictly for service delivery:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, edge worker execution, R2 object storage.
• Third-party AI model providers — AI model inference (vision, prompt composition, image generation). They receive the images and prompts needed to complete your request and handle them under their own privacy terms, which may also cover security, abuse prevention and service improvement.
• Stripe — payment processing for credit packs and subscriptions.
• Google — Sign-In OAuth, Search Console verification.
• Plausible — privacy-respecting page analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

We never sell personal information. We do not share your uploaded photos with anyone other than the AI providers required to process them.

Data retention

• Uploaded source photos: deleted from R2 after 24 hours.
• Generated photos: served via signed URLs valid for 24 hours; the underlying file is deleted after expiry.
• Download results within 24 hours of generation. The same image-storage limit applies to free credits and paid credits; credit-pack balances and downloaded copies are not affected.
• Account and purchase records: retained for the lifetime of the account, plus the period required for legal and tax compliance.
• Anonymous analytics events: aggregated indefinitely for operational insight; not linked back to individual users.

Earlier guest previews

Guest generation is no longer offered. Our earlier policy allowed a guest preview to remain briefly after its download link expired so it could be claimed after sign-in. Those earlier previews are excluded from retrospective 24-hour cleanup.

The updated rule takes effect on October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Guest previews created before that time will not be removed under this rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Save any available copy before then, or contact [email protected] before that date to ask about recovering a retained preview. The current tool does not offer guest sign-in claims.

Cleanup is scheduled, so removal may occur later than that earliest date. This transition concerns guest previews; the existing 24-hour source-upload policy remains unchanged.

Your rights

You can request access to your account data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time via /account-deletion/ or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

AI Photo Extender is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
