Terms of Service

By using AI Photo Extender, you agree to these terms. AI Photo Extender is an AI photo extension service that extends user-supplied product photos to different aspect ratios and marketplace presets using a three-step agent pipeline.

Responsible use

You agree to use AI Photo Extender lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you may not:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use, including copyrighted photos and trademarked material.
• Upload images depicting children in a sexualised context, non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent extremism.
• Use generated outputs to deceive (e.g. counterfeit listing photos, identity fraud, harassment).
• Attempt to abuse free-credit offers, rate limits, or reverse-engineer the agent pipeline.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, and remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.

Ownership of generated outputs

You retain rights to photos you upload. The AI-generated extensions around your photo are released to you under a permissive commercial-use license — you may use them in Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop listings, social media, ad campaigns, and other commercial contexts.

Note: the tool aims to generate only new area around your photo, but exact preservation is not guaranteed. Compare labels, logos, colors, edges, and product proportions with the source before publishing. Underlying rights to the source photo remain with the original copyright holder. If you upload someone else's photo without permission, the AI extension does not give you new rights to the original.

AI limitations and accuracy

AI-generated extensions are provided as a production tool. Output quality depends on source photo clarity, scene complexity, and the optional direction you supply. Results may vary across generations even with identical inputs. We make no warranty that any specific output will match an exact expectation.

For listing photos, marketing campaigns, and any high-stakes commercial use, you remain responsible for reviewing the output before publishing.

Credits, packs, and subscriptions

Generating requires signing in with Google. 1 credit consumes 1 generation call and produces 1 extended photo at your target aspect ratio. Signed-in users receive a one-time signup bonus of 5 free credits with no card required.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits never expire. Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance while active.

Refunds: unused pack credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Subscription cancellations stop renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. Failed provider generations are refunded automatically — the credit is returned, not just an error message.

Image storage and downloads

Source uploads and generated images have a 24-hour storage period. Download each result within 24 hours of generation; expired results are no longer available from the service. This applies whether you use free or paid credits and does not change the validity of credit-pack balances or your rights to copies you have downloaded.

See our data retention policy for the separate transition window for earlier guest previews.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party model provider outages, and rare incidents may cause brief periods of degraded service. We do not provide an SLA on the free tier.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Photo Extender and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the in-product banner and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
